  Due to the changing climate within the transportation industry, service and equipment availability have taken the forefront in challenges facing many customers. At Golbon Logistics Services we use our large, dedicated carrier base with whom we have long-term relationships, to ensure product will be picked up and delivered on time to Golbon distributors. • Protein Advantage - COP Purchasing Program
  Golbon Protein Advantage (GPA) was created to offer specialty center-of-the-plate distributors an additional marketing arm and industry support. The employees of GPA have extensive backgrounds in protein sales and procurement, and intensive knowledge of market conditions throughout the course of the year. Their expertise enables a Golbon distributor to stay in the forefront of a challenging product category.
  
• IPAP - Refrigerated Redistribution Program
  Located in Appleton, Wisconsin, our redistribution center receives products from hundreds of the finest cheese manufacturers in the country, and combines them into one order and one delivery for Golbon distributors. This program reduces costs in receiving, warehousing, and accounting, all with competitive pricing.

  The Recipe for Success website was developed as a value-added tool that Golbon distributors can deliver to their independent operators as a resource point on restaurant operations, wait staff training, operator promotions, and much more. There is also a section of the site just for DSRs full of market information, sales training, and product information from Golbon suppliers.
  
• Financial Analysis/Benchmarking Incentives
  Each year, as an exclusive benefit to our members, Golbon conducts a benchmarking survey and prepares a confidential report of the results for each participant at no charge. The report compares the member’s financial and operating results with the average results of other Golbon members, as well as other independent distributors surveyed by the International Food Distributors Association.
  By comparing these results Golbon members are able to identify the greatest opportunities to improve their bottom line. The report can also assist in creating meaningful and achievable strategic objectives and provides comprehensive analysis of results to shareholders and lenders.
