• Incentive Programs - Attainment and Growth
  Golbon's financial program is a multi-level program based on incremental purchases from Golbon suppliers, and the percentage of return increase by reaching certain milestones. The Golbon Member Development team works closely with Golbon distributors to review current financial return and assists in developing a strategy to increase what goes to the bottom line.
  
• District Manager Program
  Once specific purchasing requirements are met, Golbon will place a fully-funded District Manager within a distributorship for sales and marketing assistance. A District Manager can be a great assist to a Golbon distributor by working directly with local brokers, supplier sales reps, along with the distributor's sales and purchasing staff to help increase their Golbon purchases, which increases total sales andbottom line profit.
